Dear diary,
Day 6 in my foster home and we went to the beach! The sand felt different on my feet and as walked closer to the water it flowed up to us and shocked me with its coldness. Nothing like the nice warm water I felt after during my shower. I’m still a bit weary of being outside but mummy’s teaching me outside isn’t a scary place. There’s fun to be had outside! We walked all the way home from the beach and I went straight to sleep, mum saw me twitching in my sleep... I must’ve been dreaming of running up and down on the beach without worrying, I’ll get there soon!
